Privacy Policy

UTIKHA respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information may be collected when you use the UTIKHA mobile application or submit a support request through the UTIKHA website, how that information is used, and the services that may process it.

UTIKHA is a casual mini-game application designed for short gameplay sessions.

1. Information We Collect

Depending on the features you use and whether you submit a support request through our website, UTIKHA may process the following categories of information.

UTIKHA does not require an account or login. Firebase Authentication, Google Sign-In, and Sign in with Apple are not used, and the app does not collect a name, email address, or password through registration. The website support form separately collects the email address and message you submit.

The app uses Drift/SQLite to store a randomly generated local player UUID v4 and its creation timestamp, game results and history, scores, accuracy, game duration, game modes and levels, and other game-specific statistics for Pulse, Pill Catcher, Virus Range, and Endless Runner. Game statistics are derived from locally saved results. The audited database schema has no separate persistent achievements table or general game-progress table. Other local data includes the selected language, onboarding completion, reminder settings, notification history, app-update cache, and preferences. There is no account-based cloud synchronization of the local game database. Some selected game results and metrics are separately sent to Firebase Analytics, so not all game-related information remains exclusively on the device.

The local UUID is not explicitly transmitted by the application to Firebase Analytics, Firebase Crashlytics, or RevenueCat. RevenueCat uses its own Anonymous App User ID for purchase and entitlement information; the local UUID is not passed to RevenueCat as an App User ID. Uninstalling may erase local data and does not guarantee deletion of information already processed by third-party services.

Purchase Information

UTIKHA offers an optional one-time Premium purchase.

Information about purchases and purchase status may be processed by:

• Apple App Store;
• RevenueCat.

UTIKHA does not directly collect or store your payment card number, bank account information, or other payment credentials.

The current release is for iOS. Payments are processed by Apple App Store.

Firebase Analytics Information

Firebase Analytics is initialized by the application. Events sent by the app include game starts and completions; game identifier and mode; score, accuracy, and game duration; screen navigation; selected language; app-update interactions; Premium screen views; purchase initiation, success, failure, and cancellation; Restore Purchases events; Premium entitlement state; product identifiers; and price and currency information. These events mean that selected game metrics leave the device; the app does not upload every game result.

Firebase Analytics may also process SDK-generated app-instance identifiers, automatic events, and technical app or device information. The application does not explicitly attach the local player UUID to Analytics events. The audited implementation contains no Analytics consent screen or pre-collection opt-in mechanism. Whether an additional consent mechanism is legally required remains under assessment; this Policy does not state that collection starts only after consent.

Crash and Diagnostic Information

We use Firebase Crashlytics to help identify crashes and technical problems.

Crash and diagnostic information may include:

• crash logs;
• device model;
• operating system version;
• application version;
• technical information related to the crash.

Crashlytics may process application exceptions, crash reports, stack traces, error reasons, fatal or nonfatal error indicators, app and device diagnostics, and SDK-managed installation or session identifiers. The application does not explicitly associate the local player UUID with Crashlytics. No in-app Crashlytics consent control was identified. This processing is separate from Firebase Analytics.

Local Reminders and Update Checks

UTIKHA can schedule local reminders. The app stores reminder configuration, the selected reminder time, and notification history, including a notification title, body, and time when recorded. Notification permission is requested when you enable reminders. These are local notifications; the app does not use Firebase Cloud Messaging for remote push notifications.

The app periodically requests app-version information from https://utikha-78bc7.web.app/app-version.json. The app does not explicitly attach the local UUID or installed app version to this request. The hosting infrastructure may process ordinary HTTPS request metadata, including the IP address.

Website Support Requests

If you submit a request using the support form on our website, we process:

• the email address you provide;
• the message you submit.

The form is processed by Formspree. We use the submitted information to respond to your request. Formspree stores submissions in our Formspree account and may deliver them to the recipient configured for the form.

2. How We Use Information

Information may be used to:

• provide and operate UTIKHA;
• provide access to Premium features;
• restore previous purchases;
• respond to support requests;
• understand application usage;
• improve games and features;
• diagnose crashes and technical issues;
• protect the application from abuse;
• comply with applicable legal obligations.

3. Premium Purchases

UTIKHA Premium is intended as a one-time, non-consumable iOS purchase, not a subscription; it has no recurring charges. Apple App Store processes payment. RevenueCat uses its Anonymous App User ID to process purchase and entitlement information, including the premium entitlement and utikha_premium product, and supports purchase restoration. This identifier should not be understood as a promise that RevenueCat processes no device or technical information. The local player UUID is not passed to RevenueCat. Android is not currently being released, and no cross-platform Premium transfer is promised.

4. Third-Party Services

UTIKHA may use the following third-party services:

Firebase Analytics

Initialized by the app to process the events and metrics described in Section 1, including selected game results and purchase-funnel events. It may also process SDK-generated identifiers, automatic events, and technical information. No app-level Analytics opt-in screen was identified in the audited implementation; applicable consent requirements remain under assessment.

Firebase Crashlytics

Used separately from Analytics to process application exceptions, crash reports, stack traces, error details, diagnostic app/device information, and SDK-managed installation or session identifiers. The local player UUID is not explicitly associated with Crashlytics by the application.

RevenueCat

RevenueCat processes purchase and entitlement information using its own Anonymous App User ID. The application does not pass the local player UUID as a RevenueCat App User ID; Apple App Store processes the iOS transaction. RevenueCat may process technical or device information, and this description does not mean that its processing is completely anonymous.

Formspree

Used to process, store, and deliver support form submissions from the UTIKHA website.

Apple App Store

Used to distribute the current iOS release and process Premium purchases and eligible purchase restoration.

These third-party services may process information according to their own privacy policies.

5. Advertising

UTIKHA does not use personal information for cross-app advertising tracking unless explicitly disclosed in a future version of the application.

If advertising features are introduced in the future, this Privacy Policy and applicable store privacy disclosures will be updated.

6. Data Retention

Retention depends on the type of information and the service that stores it. We use these criteria:

• The local UUID, player creation timestamp, game history and statistics, preferences, reminder settings, notification history, and app-update cache remain in local app storage until app data is cleared or the app is uninstalled. Selected game events and metrics are separately sent to Firebase Analytics as described above. Device backup and operating-system behavior may affect deletion.
• Support-form information is kept while needed to respond to and follow up on your request, and longer where required to meet legal obligations or establish, exercise, or defend legal claims. Formspree's retention also depends on the plan and settings for our account.
• Purchase information is kept while needed to verify or restore eligible purchases, provide Premium access, and meet legal obligations. Apple and RevenueCat apply their own retention policies and settings.
• Analytics and crash-diagnostic information is retained according to the configured Firebase settings and while needed for the purposes described in this Policy or to meet legal obligations.
• App-version request metadata is retained according to the hosting provider's applicable policies and configuration; the applicable server-side retention settings have not been verified.

Where a third-party service controls retention, the period is determined by that provider's applicable policy and the settings configured for UTIKHA's account.

7. Data Security

Reasonable technical and organizational measures are used to protect information processed through UTIKHA.

However, no method of electronic transmission or storage can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

8. Children's Privacy

UTIKHA is not designed to knowingly collect personal information from children in violation of applicable law.

If we become aware that personal information has been collected inappropriately, reasonable steps will be taken to address the issue.

9. Your Rights

Depending on your country or region, you may have rights regarding your personal information, including the right to:

• request access;
• request correction;
• request deletion;
• object to or restrict certain processing;
• request information about how your data is processed.

You may contact us using the information below.

You may withdraw consent at any time only where consent is the legal basis for the relevant processing. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before withdrawal. Where applicable, you may lodge a complaint with the competent data protection supervisory authority.

10. International Data Processing

Some service providers used by UTIKHA may process information in countries other than your country of residence.

Where required, appropriate safeguards are used in accordance with applicable data protection laws.

11. Changes to This Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time.

When material changes are made, the updated version will be published on this page with a revised effective date.
